中国银行的国际信用卡 may not work in college accounting system.
Travel check may cost you process fee.
You can take cash with you. However, it is summer now. It is not easy to find a safe place to hide the money. Never put money into luggage!

是VISA卡。据说也要手续费。唉，真不知如何是好。还是希望各位指点。

要交学费最少都要1w刀以上吧，如果是一般的卡很少有这么高的额度的。我妈在建行工作，她国际业务部的同事说时最好带几千刀出去，然后在那边的银行开户，接着再从国内把钱汇到新开的户上，这样比较快手续费又低。

记得看到过说可以办一张工行，中行之类的卡，主卡在国内用以存钱，副卡在国外用以消费，不知道是不是可行啊，如果国内银行的visa，master 卡能用，听起来倒是挺方便的

Oh,I am scared. I think most students here got tuition waiver thus they do not need to pay so much.

If you have an Internatinal Credit Card issued by Chinese bank, you may bring the card abroad and use that card pay bills and let your relative in China pay the credit card using RMB.

When you do shopping or other expenditure, normally you do not need to pay process fee. However, you may be charged process fee if you withdraw cash abroad using the Credit Card issued by Chinese bank.

Take several thousand dollars in cash with you is necessary. Just remember to keep them in a secure place and ensure them are always with you.

跨境交易总有手续费的，只是多少的问题。如果是国际信用卡，应该可以支付，手续费其实含在汇率里，我个人觉得可以接受。另外可以办普通汇票，以前就100多元手续费。

可以用国内双币种的性用卡付学费，是visa，master就行。关键问题就是刚才前面楼已经提到的，额度问题。其实也不要紧，学校的学费不是让你开学第一天就付清的，这和国内不一样。你可以一学期慢慢付，分期付。过来先把第一笔该交的交了就可以。当然学校不同可能要求不同。问问学校就可以了。
你也可以自己带现金。现金说是超过1w要交税，其实也没有那么可怕。我就把现金放在我随身背的包里的，超过1w了。填入境表的时候写的没有超过1w。没关系的。
