意思就是：Issue和Argument之间有个过度界面，但也在计时注意不要在这个时候休息，应该马上继续开始写下一篇。

不是ISSUE 到ARGUEMENT 的时候会问你要不要Proceed吗？ 那个时候也在计时？不可以休息1分钟的啊？

个人Issue写完了还有20分钟,因为根本没话写了,可能字数还不到500, 平时练习都600,700的,好可怜!! 已经是二击了，求求老天爷给我个4.5吧,我要告别4分了!!!!

Argument是那个要不要在M市建立新的jazz club的.
Issue我没选和政治相关的选了个和art有关的.大体是讲the merit of art是让marority people understand it的意思.
