提纲：
1。先肯定法律是基本的道德，人要受法律的限制
2。但也指出法律也有不完善的地方，所以不能从各个方面都限制（举例，很多违反良心却不受法律惩罚的事）
3。对于人性的教育应该从哲学，宗教，逻辑思维，艺术来教育孩子，有了纯洁的人格比刻意的受法律的约束来得更有用（举例：天主教的一夫一妻等）
