1. A non-refundable application fee of $30 must accompany each application.        ($50 if    you bring in cosigner and resident application together).
  Make checks payable to Front Door, LLC. Cash is accepted for application fee.
2. Applicant may need a co-signer if no prior credit history or current employment.
The cosigner must complete a separate application.
3. Please submit ALL applications for one apartment at the SAME TIME.
4. It is necessary to be very thorough with all of the information requested. Any items left blank will
make it more difficult for our credit manager to verify your information and will only serve to delay the
process.
