Are you used to a passive voice. Or you can start with, like , "it is not true that..."
a good sentence cannot be good when it is seperated out from its context. A good sentence is an element of a good passage. It's a whole part. I may give you a good passage which i like very much. You may read it several times to feel the the way the author writes.

Wasting time?  Ha, i think sleep is the best way to spend your life. You may experience every feeling in your dreams, the fear, the courage, the happiness, the sorrow, the gain, the lost, and when you wake up again next morning you will find everything is gone. Just like the life itself -- when you die, you feel nothing. and when you wake up again, althought there might be still several slight senses left in your head, and you can find you are like a new born baby. That's the best part of sleep.

呵呵，不错不错，但是你的阅读怎么可能错那么多？这个和语法可都是中国人的强项啊。你应该可以控制到3个以内的。

托福的题目不难，细心点儿就行了。
