Facing this compound issue, I do not support the way of the division, and without this premise, discussion about the second question seems to be feckless. As the laws protect the balance of the society by inhibiting abnormal desire of profit, under this circumstance, the highest level and the most extreme scope of the desire would be limited or even punished. For instance,illegal businesses, such as drug trade, are forbidden, and the vipers are serious punished.  Accordingly, these groups of people may grouse about the unjustice of the laws. While, indeed, the laws are just to most part of the masses. Further, the saying that” in front of laws everyone has equal rights” also illstrates that unjust laws are not in existence. So, the author’s assertation of the dividing the law-just and unjust laws is unwarranted.

Whereas, even in the most mature legal system,there are still immaturity in laws. In other words, the solutiona of many events are beyond the boundary of laws. So, the legislations are alwsay late for new events by one step. For example, the impulse of SARS, which caused world-wide medical tragedy, facilitated Chinese government to legislate laws of dealing with medical emergences. And this kind of emergence is always out of the public’s imagination. Referring to entries of the laws, there are related details, but none applying to the very event directly and efficiently. Consequently, the laws should have the division of mature and immature laws.

What’s more, even of te immaturity the laws have, any social individual should not disobey or resist them, on the contrary, every citizen has the responsibility to encourage and agitate the legislators to make modification to the laws. On one hand, laws are not suggestive, but forcible, so any form of defiance will get punishment seriously. Additionally, the laws are the most solid protection of the basic struture of the society, haphazard disobeient or resistence can strike the stayablity of the social system. On the other hand,to obtain a better form of society, proper modification is great in need. The most ordinary people should agitate govener to eradicate the inconvenience or harm they are suffering. Relying on the analysis of these problems, the legislators may check the details of the related laws, and correct the improper part. And the government should provide the public a more convenient and smooth channel to communicate with the head of the country.
