网上报名的问题

我是９月２２号提交的．当时ｕｎｄｅｒｇｒａｄｕａｔｅ　ｉｎｓｔｉｔｕｔｉｏｎ那栏里中国的ｌｉｓｔ里只有一个国外考试协调处，于是立刻给ｅｔｓ发信说我是某学校的但你们网上报名表里没有．几天后受到如下回复：
GRE score reporting policy restricts the reporting of GRE scores to accredited
institutions of higher education granting the baccalaureate or higher degrees
and to approved graduate fellowship-granting sponsors.

The institution or fellowship sponsor you requested is not currently an
official score recipient. We suggest you contact the institution or agency
regarding this matter.
难到要让国外考试协调处把成绩寄给自己？不明白了．请大家解惑．谢谢．
