注意]关于一次性付清学费可否拿到学校折扣的问题

由于近来在各类留学网站出现很多关于如何交学费，以及一次性付清学费有折扣的说法，我们伯骏为了正视听，以免学生受骗上当，针对此事，像University of Glasgow、University of Edinburgh咨询了此事。学校也给了我极为官方的答复。

现在学校有关人员已经给了我们非常明确的答复，我在此把和学校联系的email附在这里，大家可以看一下，并对如何交学费有一个了解。

其实每个学校付学费都有两种方式：
1、一次性付清
2、分三次付清

首先，一次性付清学费的方式，并不像很多人传言的那样，一定可以得到学校的百分之多少的学费折扣，所以，大家必须明白这点，不必因为听说这个传言而改变自己的付费方式，当然，一次性付清学费还是一个很好的方式。可能某些学校会在offer上面写明一次性付清会有折扣，但是这并不表示每个学校都会这么做。所以大家不能一概而论。
其次，分批付清。如果学生要采用这个方法付费，学校通常会要求分三次让学生把款项交齐。一般用这种方式缴款，学校会要求你用Debit Credit来支付。有些学校对采用这种方法付费还会另外收取3％的额外费用。

所以学费缴款的问题，并不像现在很多论坛上面一些人的说法，大家必须要以学校官方的说法作为根据。

如果大家还有任何疑问的话，可以用email的方式和学校联系。

我们伯骏教育基金会在这里严重声明，我们不会损害任何学生的利益，不会从学生的学费当中得到任何好处；如果仍然有学生认为因为我们伯骏（cover letter）的关系，拿不到学校的学费折扣，那么，请拿着我们的cover letter，以及学校的折扣证明来我们伯骏，我们将会全额退还！
