今天复习语法，看到新东方的那套资料上有这样一题
Hiram Revels,the first Black member of the United States Senate,served as senator from Mississippi, an office-----he was elected in 1870.

记得以前讨论过这种题，普遍认为是select sb +职位。可是这题选B。我不知道答案有没有问题。所以问一下确切答案。
