你丫要是学过高中生物就知道蛋白质是不能直接利用的，你摄入的蛋白质会在蛋白质/多肽酶作用下最终水解为氨基酸然后由DAN指导合成你身体所需的蛋白质。所以药物、保健食品都说“提供多种氨基酸”而非“蛋白质”。
