这回又在华工考，可是电话系统居然又suck了！只好又录磁带...............................
尽量回想这么多：

1.picture story
.two men park their car outside xxx mall
.they go into the shopping mall
.they spend hours shopping there
.they go out of the shopping mall, looking for their car
.they cant find their car,because so many cars there
.they wait until most of the cars are gone.finally they find their car.they looks happy

2.some people like to travel a long way to some shopping center, where the goods are cheap.others like to shop in the neighborhood stores.which do u prefer? why?

3.some work places have employees from various countries.they have different culture background.D/A of having employees from different background.

4.agree/disagree. universities should have their students participate in sports/physical education.

5.double bar graph
  money spent on local telephone call/international call in a certain city as a function of years.

6.internet's impact on the use of telephone in the future.

7.you are in the personel department of a company.recently, your company expanded and is having new employees.
one of your colleague comes back from vacation.greet him and be sure to include:
.explain to him why the company is recruiting new employees
.what are the new employees expected to do
.what your colleague can do to help

8.respond to a complain
you are the manager of xxx Fruit Delivery
Ms xxx called and complained : she ordered 4 boxes of apples and x boxes of oranges.the orders arrived on time but the boxes she received are broken.the apples are bruised, the oranges are smashed.she is going to have a party tonight.

9.progress report
you are a worker in a book store.the book shop will have a famous writer Diane Weine? he will sign books and sell them in the store.
progress--preparation for his visit. sorry, forgot the detail
give a report(update the report?)to the manager Ms xxx
