Some students prefer to study alone. Others prefer to study with a group of students. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.  

It`s a dilemma to tell studying alone and studying with a group which is the better method. A great number of people might prefer studying in group , but others argue that only in a relatively sole atmosphere can one learn what he really need, the main point is that only when one thinks in his own way of the whole thing, one can catch the key of the problem. As far as I concerned , studying alone is my preference, I will illustrate my view with some practical example below.

Many people will neglect the potential disadvantage of studying in a group , put too much emphasis on the advantage of it. As in a group, not everyone in it are thinking spontaneously ,somebody may just waits for others conclusion which make one became lazy to think himself .For instance, a student join a society of mathematics ,and everybody here is proficient of it. Everytime they have a meeting to communicate, other students present the conclusion of their own, but he can not do it himself, time after time he just listens and follows, it`s quite possible to lose self-confidence and get used to only following them but get nothing useful to himself.

Though it`s no denying that through communication in group, one can get many confusing thing clear, the disadvantage of can not be ignore as to individual studying.

When in comes to studying alone, the main reason I advocate it is that everybody must use his own head to think deliberately about something`s detail to master it. For example, when you are learning piano, you might get many experiences from others ,but it is for not enough to play it well, only playing it frequently ,getting through every details can make you being proficient of it.

On the other hand, studying in group may only get something in theory, but things became different when you operate them by yourself ,you can the knowledge practically ,you are able to use it instead of just realizing something of it. As we know ,operating computer softwares is important to us these days. Many reference books are published to teach how to use those software ,such as photoshop Microsoft Access .Suppose you are in group. where  there’s a only one computer to learn it, is it a good way to master a software even though as much as communication are available? No doubt it’s impossible to say so. What if there’s one computer for each person and everybody follow the reference books themselves, absolutely it’s the only way to attain the technique.

According to what’s discussed above ,it is not difficult to draw the conclusion ,studying alone will be the better way to really learn a knowledge.
