After reviewing your application material, we are very pleased to accept you into our graduate program in chemical engineering and offer you a graduate research assistantship contingent upon the approval of the Office of Admissions.  The assistantship will begin with the Fall 2006 semester, at a stipend level of $21,750 a year and will continue as long as you make satisfactory progress towards a graduate degree in our department and as our resources permit.  In addition, your tuition will also be completely paid by us.  You would be responsible for university fees of approximately $390 per semester.

今天收到Iowa State Universiry的Offer， 前一阵收到Vanderbilt的，Iowa是RA， Vanderbilt是RA，差不多都是21000，小弟想问一下综合排名，地理环境，经济环境和以后发展，去哪个好呢？我只查到排名，其它不是很了解。
