回答的用了虚拟，虽然我也觉得选项不好选，但也不会是b吧

第一题感觉没有歧义，if I....说明吃饱了，跟蛋糕本身没有关系，选D没有理由
第二题选A也没错，至于D选项，只能说明楼主发散思维了，毕竟man没有说拒绝，而且die to 也代表答案选A
第三题感觉选那个都不合适
个人觉得听力主要靠第一感觉，不要联想太多。有时候发散了反而看哪个选项都觉得有道理

1.care for some more是要请吃**  参考请吃东西的情景可知overdo是“吃撑”的意思 选C
2.M说他们让我去那里展览。W说每个人都恨不得“死”都要去那里^^明显是个很不错的展览会场。选A  Are you kidding语气上是肯定自己后一句话
3.我的意见是D。因为从鬼子的sense of humor来讲，用虚拟语气委婉表示他水性不好。所以说I'd feel the same way是废话，关键是I can't swim。建议D，仅作参考
