这个信就是催钱来了，没有给奖学金的意思。

我是不是需要照信里说的给他发财产材料呢？可是我没有钱。

I am pleased to inform you that the Graduate Studies Committee in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING has recommended you for admission to the PH.D. program at The Ohio State University Graduate School for Autumn 2006.  However, before Ohio State can finalize your admission, we must have clear evidence that sufficient funding will be available to support you while you live and study in the U.S.

In order to receive your official admission and visa authorization as soon as possible, please review the attached budget information and print a copy of the attached Affidavit of Financial Support form.  Complete the support form carefully, and return it along with the supporting financial documents to the Graduate Admissions Office.

All financial documents are due upon receipt of this notice.  To expedite this process, you may image the documents and attach them to your email reply, or fax them to the number below, Attention: Financial Review.  It is also imperative that you include your applicant number when communicating with, or sending documents to Ohio State.  The original, official documents must be submitted to the Graduate Admissions Office if you choose to enroll at Ohio State.
