It is true that professional educators play an important role in teaching children, however, as children have spend much time with their parents and their communities, we could not ignore their effect on the children.

Educators, apparently, are able to give children a good education. Before coming to be a teacher, they have to gain lots of knowledge. That is to fit their main job, which to some extent is explaining the complication of the world to the students. Then, they should master the psychology of children and teaching. Only by knowing what the children think about, they can make up a proper teaching method. Hence, they can treat diverse students with different way. For example, when teaching young pupils, teachers would not be strict with them, they know high level is too much for them, while, they would never forgive high school students missing their classes without sounded reasons. They keep the balance of the different age level students their learning progress.

Admittedly, parents and communities are also crucial in teaching students to build up excellent persons in every angle. We have to concede that nobody knows more about a child then his/she parents do. For one thing, they know what their kids really like and hate, their interests, even their dreams. Therefore, they may help the scholars to access to their kids deeply and roundly and treat their kids with special way which has more benefits. For another thing, young children prefer to communicate with their parents other than strangers such as teachers, headmasters and so on to express their feeling.

Students will spend much time in school on learning knowledge, while, the time spend at home are far beyond. The more frequently contact with the community they live, they will be influenced by it profoundly. For example, when still in infancy, children start to imitate their parents. They will move, laugh, and climb as you did so. Later, they may inevitably get bad habits from their parents such as smoking and drinking which is detrimental to them. To be a member of the society, children have their social activities as well. Playing with other same age little pupils in the community is common. Hence, the community can provide some facilities to help children exercise or some books for them to read. All these methods are valuable for the kids.

Due to the limit knowledge about the teaching, parents will always focus just on their own child. What they thought is just from the benefit of their kid other than all the children as a whole. Meanwhile, the communities could not meet all the needs from of kids. Therefore, only with the help of the parents, communities and professional educators can mold a proper person.
