I agree to the to the speaker that mostly, the future conditions are more important than the present conditions when government, a corporation, and an individual to make decision. May be sometimes, to a corporation and an individual, the present condition are as important as the future ones. However, the government must pay more attention to future conditions, since its decision may probably affect a lot of people’s life, or even the whole human’s.

The present conditions have to be taken into account when people make decisions. Actually, it is the present condition that compels people to make decision. In recent years, Chinese government has established the policy to rid farmers from various taxes. In modern Chinese society, a great number of farmers are leading a poor life, the sale of products they planted cannot satisfy their need for life, and kinds of tax make their lives tough. Many of them cannot afford the education fee for their children, and the fees for medical treatment also burthen them. This decision will greatly decrease the tax income of nation, and the total amount of money which will be used to devise campaigns will be less than before. However, this decision is highly considered by citizens, because it releases the pressing heavy load of the farmers. So as to a corporation and an individual person, both of them have to make decisions under the pressure of problems in present condition.

The future conditions are even more important than the present conditions, especially to government. If people make decisions without take into account the future conditions, although the present problems have been solved, there might be even greater problems for the unsuccessful decisions. Maybe for an individual person and a corporation, the cost for unsuccessful decisions may be not so serious, and they can even offset the lost very soon. However, when it comes to the government, the situation will be different greatly. Human have paid a lot for the serious result caused by emphasize the present condition and ignore the further conditions. For example, the Global Warming, which is caused by the rapid development of industries, nowadays effects acute environment problems. Global warming refers to an average increase in the earth’s temperature, which in turn causes changes in climate. The famous climate Elnono, as a result of Global warming, has caused flood in areas used to be dryness, and long time drought in where are raininess in the past. Governments had never expected what the rapid industrial development will bring in the future, and they just encourage people to move on to establish more factories, so more and more CO2 was exhausted directly into air. However, the great changes in climate have already lead to millions of dollars loss, and even brought terrible diseases like cancer and ague. Nowadays, the governments have taken the responsibility to establish some policy to limit the amount and numbers.

In sum, both of the present and future conditions are important to be taken into account when government, corporations, and individuals. And mostly, the future conditions are even more important to take the priority, especially when the governments take some essential decisions which will affect the destiny of human beings.
