今天收到一邮件，大意如下：

We are recommending your acceptance to the Department of ×× at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York for the Fall 2006 semester of the academic year 2006-2007 to pursue a program of studies leading to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.  This admission is pending final review of your application and determination of your eligibility to receive the official documents necessary for the Student Visa by the Office of International Admissions.

You will be notified by April 15 if you are a recipient of a teaching assistantship

这是说我基本被录取了吗？ 还是要等**Department的消息？

另外，Buffulo没有RA吗？ 怎么就说了TA？
