Police report that between January 18 and January 30, generally in the afternoon through late evening, on Greenwood Avenue between East Hyde Park Blvd. and 54th Street, and within Madison Park, unknown persons have entered or attempted to enter seven residences while the occupants were away. The offender(s) pried open doors or entered unlocked doors and windows and took property in six of these incidents.
