In accordance with the title of assertion, most people realize the individual benefits, yet conformity is important factor influencing personal economic success. On balance, although I fundamentally agree with that teamwork and cooperation indeed have something to do with personal success no matter in economic field or not, the author seems to go extremely, when it comes neglecting other factors that will more or less affect personal economic success.

The threshold reason why I fundamentally agree with the statement of the speaker is that, with the economy keeping on developing without any cessation, conformists will gain many opportunities to achieve success in personal economy. Due to that huge information brought about by the computer technology and the Internet, individual capabilities easily are drown in the sea combined with information. In actual fact, gaining benefits or economic success sometimes means that people should find the gold and precious chances and opportunities in huge information, which can not be generally finished by one or two persons. Admittedly, the goal of individual benefit in economy can not only be accomplished by conformity. It is certain that non-conformists are as well as those conformists getting enough chances. Personal investment is not always well finished by a group or insisting conformity. Consider, for example, many successful facts in our world. As IBM and APPLE were fighting in the hardware market and hoped to be the number one in that field, the young Bill Gates find out the new valuable chance--software, then he built his software kingdom--Microsoft by his personal hand. In general, chances only display and flash in a moment to people. If they can not sense or grasp it, it will pass away and can not be got again.

Furthermore, persistence and good strategy are also important in seeking for personal economic success. Can a person without stringent persistence attain success or benefits even great success? Will one man achieve personal economic success only depending on conformity and brave heart? The hardship and fights in economic success are not less than the true battle. As a person who wants to be a successful man with a large deal of wealth, should own kinds of characters to face problems and challenges in pursuit of economic success.

To sum up, conformity gradually become more and more important in modern society, but other factors can not be ignored which will influence a person success in economy.
