15. Neighbors are the people who live near us. In your opinion, what are the qualities of a good neighbor? Use specific details and examples in your answer.

Neighbors are the people who live near you, so whether neighbors are good or bad will actually influence your mood and daily life.
In my opinion, first of all, a good neighbor should be kind hearted. People can not live without others in this world with rapid pace. You may find some dressings used up when you are cooking and your family members are not at home; you may need someone to take care of your children for a while when you have some urgencies; and you may hope someone lend you some tools as you fix your broken bike. Who can you fall back on if you happen to meet these things above in your daily life? A well-meaning neighbor will make you easy to solve all these things and make your life happy.
On the other hand, a good neighbor also should be unclosed and have an open manner. Such a neighbor will give you a good mood, and considering a stingy and small-minded neighbor you have, he or she will not be content to share your happiness and would not like to be patient listener when you have some bothers in your work or life. On the contrary, if a neighbor can be so open minded enough that he or she can take pains to listen to you and give you some useful suggestions, you will fell relieved.
The sense of humor is the last but also an import quality that a good neighbor should have. People will spend much spare time with neighbor after they go back from work, so sometimes there are some unavoidable awkwardness. A humor neighbor often uses some humorous words to break the awkward atmosphere and make each other released whenever such unhappy things happen. So a humor neighbor is able to make your life easy and comfortable.
To sum up, a good neighbor should at least have such qualities: kind hearted, open manner and the sense of humor. Although there are some other qualities that are also important to a good neighbor, I think these three qualities should be the top priorities, because finding a good neighbor is not an easy thing after all.
