[lanMPA]　　I am studying in Shanghai *** university. I am bilingual, with concentration in both English and Russian. I took many internship in the different divisions of government during my four years studying in University and also many volunteer works (20:10:50)

[lanMPA]　　i do not think so. It doesn't depend on your academic background. MPA requires a combination of qualities (20:09:44)
