题目里的 claim  是

the result admits of more than one interprtaton

也就是说,第一句话  

When people predict that a certain result will not take place unless a certain action is taken, they believe that they have learned that the prediction is correct when the action is taken and the result occurs  

是不对的


也就是  even if  the action is taken  ,  the result may not occur



其他的不知道怎么说,这题比较搞
