1.教育如果能被设计成满足每一个人的需求和兴趣诚然是有效的.
2.考虑到投入与产出的比,考虑到老师少,学生多的现状,教育是没办法来满足每一个人的需求和兴趣的.
3.综上两点,教育只有在如下情况下才会变得最大程度上的有效.即,在教育条件所能承受的最大程度上,尽可能地满足每一群有着相同兴趣爱好的人.这里可以将有大致相同兴趣和需求的人归类,以便更好地利用有限的资源~~(写完中文提纲才发现貌似最后我说的这句在ISSUE里没提到,下次改吧)
With the increasingly rapid development of globalization and urbanization of the entire world in the new century, how to make education more effective is come out to be hot debated. In fact, not only do we have to design the education more specialized so as to meet all kinds of individuals but also have to make steps to actualize the ideality in real world action.
First of all, admittedly only when education when is specifically designed to fit the individuals’ need does it will be truly effective. There are all kinds of fields of studies, various of means of how to make the progress of learning more efficient and more effective, besides, there are still different types of learners who need to be treated separately due to their distinct backgrounds and experiences. Therefore, the specialization of education does need in this complex and multi-culture society, in fact not only will it make the education more effective but also will it drive the whole progress of development of studies, no matter they are fine arts or scientific fields, more integrated. Facts witness and presents many examples as follows, a course, which was specially designed to meet the needs in some kin who need their offspring to learn methods so that they may have the ability to inherit their family-fortune as their families wish, was set up in an university in HUBEI province. Educationalists deduce from the disputes about whether it is appropriate, if necessary, to make efforts to do this that obviously the learners’ feedback show that they acquire how to manage the whole business in their family that can not be able to grasp more in the general classes which stuff all kinds of learners with various of desires in one classroom listening to the same general presentation.
Secondly, it must admit that although the situation does drive the society into a more effective position, when we put this into realism, it will conclude that it will not work out, that is to say ideality can not be equate to effectiveness. As we all know that only when the income outweighs the outputs can we define an action is effective. So can we figure out that the large numbers of professors, if there is adequate ones, do their best to make every student a particular scheme to fit his/her own demands, the respond of the specially treated students can respond far less than the experienced professors if they can put more time and energy to contribute directly to the society at that time instead of waste the vigor in how to specialize the individuals, such inappreciable things compared to the forestay as that make a reasoning due to the background of his/her family whether he/she fit more in the family-educated or study in groups in schools.
The last but not the least is that the most effective education is the one which can make the best between the various desires from all different kinds of learners and the specialization to which our society can contribute to the largest extent. It is what we do through all the process of education and fortunately the last decades and the feedback form certain representative universities and high schools witness that only by this way can we make the education more effective when balance the output we do in the program. Such as an increasingly number of universities encourage students to set up interest teams to gather the ones who have the same hobby besides their required curriculums, and also the educational department will add one or two professors, specialized in the field, who can guide the whole group of students once in a while. It is the best way to not only make the students fully specialized but also save the output from the educationalists to the large extent.
To sum up, the best way to make the education most effective is not the necessary to specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, but the best unison between the income from the learners and the output from the educationalists.
