Issue31 Money spent on research is almost always a good investment, even when the results of that research are controversial.
1.        事实的确是在研究上花钱很应该，但结果太具争议的研究应等到人类具有能正确处理该结果后再进行资助。
2.        每项研究的展开都会耗费大量金钱。
3.        研究结果争议太大的项目最终会达不到研究成果，并给人们带来伤害。
4.        这样的研究需要人们具有了正确对待其结果的态度后资助才有意义。

When a bunch of professors begin doing a research, numerous money should be spend on it no matter in what subject. How humanity will response to those researches whose results are controversial? No body will support those researches with unsurely result until humanity can fairly and properties treat them.

Almost all the researches in modern society are burning money. Supporters have to choose these researches drawing back more profit than others. Even the national and worldwide supporting is giving limitation. They should be taken into several parts containing art, physics, chemistry, biology, economy, agriculture, structure, and separated to different institutions. Therefore, it is hard for the researches with controversial results getting supporting money.

For promoting the benefit of researches to the society and protecting the peace and improving of the world, researches with controversial results are always not supported and are controlled by governments. Those researches such as research on atom energy and human gene have to face to so many moral problems and their results may lead to disasters to the world. Humans have tasted the bitter result on the research of bomb investigation. The famous scientist Nobel makes the forward Nobel Price for the researchers who improve peace and living conditions instead of the most force but top end researches. That is the result after Nobel felt sorry about so many people were killed because people cannot control the use of bomb. It seems that our former researchers and supporters are clearly cognizant of destroy of controversial result researches.

But humanity cannot give up these researches which have harmful aspect but also attractive to us. Besides the bad facet of such researches, they are always more useful in the social improving if we can use them adapt. Still taking the atom energy and humanity gene as examples. If all the governments in the world can control the use of radiation materials and use them to make electronic energy, the big problem on resource can be significantly relaxed. If the results in the research of humanity gene are used in medicine care of all over the world and nobody want get profit on them or make destroy activities by them, they may help doctors safe many lives in the world and make our world more beautiful and happiness. But all these profits can be taken into account after people in the world have the common sense on using results of these researches correctly.

Considering in the truly world, money spend on these controversial result researches is not so efficient as spend on other researches which can make more and safer profits to humanity.

真佩服你那么早就交了作业
我昨天写了一上午始终没有写出来，然后终于放弃了，今天才补上的。。

我觉得可以再扣紧一下good investment来展开论述，不过我自己也不太清楚什么是具有controversial results的研究，最终把这点逃避掉了。。
