I contacted ETS regarding to those 3 extra TSE registration, here is the reply:

I contacted SISU in Shanghai , they told me Aug-just TOFEL, as for those 3 extra TSE, they did not receive any notice regarding to that...

Then I also contacted NEEA in Beijing , they said they did not arrange extra three TSE! due to Sep's IBT,it includes TSE! :(
I deduced that ETS decided to open extra 3 TSE, but NEEA in China blocked and did not proceed to that...

IF YOU URGENLY NEED EXTRA 3 TSE , WRITE TO ETS !!! LET NEEA IN CHINA FUNCTION THAT !!!

Thank you very much for the timly feedback and your clarification.
It's all my fault to have posted the "TSE test extended" thread out there that might have misguided all you guys in this forum whos gonna plan taking the test on the supposed 3 extra successively given times. I deeply appologize for my earlier post provided it brings you any inconvenience and disappointment as well as throwing announcements without considering the aftermath. Best wishes!

Dear Bindwood,

Well, you see, sooner or later we will know...it is absolutely ,and definitely not your fault...I was wondering how can you blame that on yourself? I still very appreciate your enthusiasm...&your spirit of sharing...and you know there are always something in life that even beyond one's imagination...ETS is a kind of international and official website...probably whole world now knows that ETS will have 3 extra TSE...how can they eat their own words then?

Hope Bindwood is still bindwood.
