According to the speaker’s claim, the types of law could be divided into two entirely different parts such as just and unjust. In my opinion, his generalization is too naïve.. The law which was created by a special era, a particular location for some reason is  too hard to interpretable. So his conclusion is ungrounded clearly.

Firstly , make a legible and logical definition of law is needed urgently.s. Law is used to govern a society and to control the behavior of its members. Ten nature and functions of law have varied throughout history. In modern democratic societies, some authorized doby such as legislature or a court which always  represent the most of plebs  makes the law.  Compared with it , the law established  in a bygone era represent  willings  of  few part of  a country is considered as unfair and outmoded. One American president, Thoma Jefferon said that No society can make a perpetual constitution , or even a perpetual law .So we have understand that estimating a law whether just or not is prudent.

When a law can be seem a wrong one which is badly override human’s basal ethic , disobeying  and resisting  it is necessary. As is well known that law is not completely a matter of human enactment, it also includes natural law imply the view that law should sereve to promot human dignity as for instance by the enforcement of equal rights for all. Such as the civil rights movement is typical and Muslim societies also embrace a kind of natural law, which is closely linked to the religion of Islam. For example , in the seconde world war, German ruled by Nazi promulgate a law that killing Jew became legal.  Though many war criminals excuppated themselves that the slaughter to Jew  was  legitimate and  they didn’t have criminality .However , it is obviously violate humanism that seems absurd and should be abolished .

Further, the most of laws are enough fair to most of  members of our community. Only few people who want to do thuggee, overthrow actual regime ,feel that just law as well known is inequitable to them for fettering their freedom of activity. Distinctly, if they successfully  disobey and resist  seeming unjust law,  law  can not serve a variety of functions against crimes. The aim of just law maintaining  a peaceful, orderly, relatively stable society can not come true . We should take into account of many  extremist’s action such as Japanese Aum Doomsday Cult. The believer made much zealotry , for example , putting poisonous gas in public location ,badly effect on our community.

To sum up， fair-and –square analysis of justness of our law is important. To meet a compelling practical need , we should make such decisions on a case-by-case basis.
