Issue212 "If a goal is worthy, then any means taken to attain it is justifiable."

提纲：
第一，        题中观点错误。
第二，        举例说明错误的原因：一味追求经济发展的高速度所带来的环境污染问题；小国的核武器研发问题以及美国的星球大战计划——结果以耗费巨资却没有实质性的结果告终。
第三，        说明追求理想结果的想法是好的,但是要注意手段的使用不能以危害人类自身为代价。


正文：
The author’s opinion is totally wrong. In our human’s real lives, even a goal is really worthy, we can’t do anything, some of which are harmful to our human beings, in order to accomplish it. We should consider many other things when we make our goals come true step by step. Here come several examples.

Since the industry revolution began, a serious problem has afflicted our human beings. That is the environment pollution problem. And as the time goes by, the problem has become more and more serious. In order to stimulate the economy to grow, people are trying their bests to attempt all kinds of possible ways and methods, opening many new factories in new places included, which cause serious contamination in these new places. In order to seek a higher speed of the economic growth, many people prefer to do everything to achieve the goal, not considering the contamination problem at all. It is too late to start to deal with the pollution when the contamination is serious enough to ruin the whole economic achievements. It is no use to regret at that time. So, the issue topic that any method taken to attain a worthy goal is justifiable, is totally wrong.

After the Second World War, several countries have mastered the nuclear technology stage by stage, including the USA, Russia, China and so on. Because of the strong power of the nuclear weapons in the battle field, many countries want to make their own nuclear weapons on/under the pretence of increasing the national defence force. As we all know, the nuclear technology is very technical and complex, if some country masters the nuclear technology but it has no ability to control it, then it is really a terrible thing. Perhaps the nuclear technology not only can’t make the country more safety, but also makes the country more dangerous. The goal of making one’s motherland more safety is certainly/undoubtedly/assuredly a good one and it is worthy to strive for the goal, but many countries shouldn’t take it as an excuse to develop the nuclear weapons. We should know that the safety under the nuclear weapons is just/only/merely a frail one. It can not last long and it couldn’t bring us the peace.

The third example is also about the national safety. During the 1980s, in order to compete with the Soviet Union, the Rogan’s government of America brought forward a plan called the star wars plan, which can too prove that the issue topic is wrong. As for the missile technology of the USSR was very advanced, the American government suggested a plan, which said it was necessary to shoot down the missile before it came into the atmosphere again. That is to say the Americans should kill the missile in the outer space, so, the plan was called the star wars plan. In order to kill a missile in the outer space, Americans had to build/put a lot of bases in/into the orbits around the earth in the outer space. As we all known, the space programs are always expensive. Until the end of the cold war, the star wars plan was not finished. The plan cost American’s government enormous amount of money, and it brought no practical result. The goal of defending one country is absolutely correct, but the way of achieving it is probably wrong.

In sum, the issue is definitely wrong. If we have a goal which is worthy to pursuit, then, we should take an appropriate way to get it. We have to take into account some other aspects as well which are also of great importance. Sometimes, it is just the “other aspects” which determines that some way is wrong and we have to choose other ways to accomplish the goal. In order to get one goal, we should take a way which brings the least or no negative effects. So, the means taken to attain a worthy goal is very important.


写作感想：感觉还不错，虽然时间用的比较多，但是觉得写的还算流畅。自己觉得的问题主要就是不知道该怎么精简自己的话——郁闷！想把字数写少点。。。

个人观点：
1，        很精彩！如果考试中，短时间内写出这文章，应该是满分，至少5分。
2，        发现你写例子好强悍。我写例子比你逊得不行了，汗！向你学习！
3，        这篇文章和issue185都充斥着实例。相对而言，理论分析较少；如果能多一些理论分析就更好了。当然，这是小问题——保持你的优势是最重要的！
4，        这篇文章实在没有什么好下手的地方。能力有限！而你又写得太精彩。：）
