World fairs are reported in news every day, exciting football matches are alive during World Cup, even events happened few years before were recorded for temporary people to watch. Television can play a role in education by providing vivid programs. For instance, the housewife can learn how to prepare delicious meal by following the precise produce played on cooking program, children can learn stories told by president on channels for child. Television also can enrich our spare time. Either situation comedy or update share-list can be achieved at home. What's more, during the emergency time, television is requisite to promulgate the gist of main policy of government. American should still remember the television speak made by John Bush to declare the commencement  of war fighting towards Iran. Considering the technique and information we get by television, we can't eliminate the insignificant effect of television in our daily life.
  However, the latest and abundant knowledge can't assure most of them is perceived by us. It is common sense that understanding is a process which people's mind need some time to receive message and recognize it. Facing the complex messages and various opinions, choosing for the senseful part is difficult, let along understanding them. As the deputation of human's wisdom, books can inform people permanent and essential knowledge. We can recover the important chapter of books time and time again until it is completely perceived. Especially for some difficult theory such as mathematics and physics, note is essential to express our own thinking process, which can only be available by books but not television. On the other aspect, the vivid program, admittedly can make the learning easily to some extent, but may circumscribe people's creative ideas account for it embody the knowledge in a more concrete form. Books which deliver message in literal form may leave readers space to conceive, just for the unreplaced advantage, so many people prefer books to televisions in the modern time.
  Another factor we should pay attention is that some information the televisions try to provide is not so accurate, even error sometimes because of the loose of censorship. Take the move 'A Beauty Mind' for instance, some of its science may mislead people for the department of Nash's true life. Nash's hallucinations were exclusively auditory, and not both visual and auditory as shown in the film. But the science that a child and his classmate always appear in his vision leaves an undeletable impression after I see the movie. If not the comments about his life, the mistake will exist in my mind for a long time. Books, with critics delve each element composed it and revised by more professional expert, may be the better choice for us to learn knowledge.
  In sum, though convenient and effective may television be, books have significant facts especially in some difficult and important field. Even in the age of television, books also have their own place, according to the indispensable role in our learning process.

这里有个疑问，我总觉得作者是在驳斥什么而不是在论证作者的观点，有点像argu后遗症的感觉，呵呵
这点确实是挺难办的，很容易把驳论文写成argu的形式，而忘记证明自己的论点
