Their offspring and the later people from all over the world come Paris to admire it. There are many such buildings in the world, with the enduring value and beauty, they would stand there eternally, and they are not only the heirloom of a nation but also the treasure of human race. However, if the historic building has little characteristics and no historic value, people should consider tear down it and leave the space for the modern planning. As for the government, they do not have to waste a lot of energy and money to repair and preserve those buildings, they can apply the funds and time in other useful ways. As for the society, the new buildings would provide them much more convenience and bring beauty and tidiness to city. In addition, if the modern building is designed by famous architect inclines to create experimental and futuristic construction, many tourists would like to visit the building. In sum, whether a historic building should give precedence to the modern buildings depends on the merit of the historic buildings, for those lacks the historic value people should consider to replace it with another modern building, but for those contain significant value constructions people should spare no effort to preserve them.
