dell is a piece of shit. I called the technique service in CA, and they fucking told me to call back to china. How can I fucking get this piece of crap get fixed since i am here?!!!!!!!!!!

stupid DELL drive me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

dont ever trust it's customer service when they told you can get your computer fixed anywhere in the world. it's bullshit.

They might be helpful.

dell好烂

我gf的toshiba已经够烂了,还一杯水撒上没有报晓,我得asus也是一杯水下去没有报销

实验室的dell,就一点点水滴上键盘就完蛋了

对了,全球联保不是说不收钱的,这个至少ASUS是这样的,大家要小心.

我室友的dell都是call on site service，他觉得还不错

跟你当时选的warranty有关系吧

i had 1 full year warranty, but it's 14 month now. Ayway, my friend has fixed it for me. thanks guys~~

DELL 's quality is good in USA , I know this

but bad in CHina , my friend told me

to 楼上的: i still believe it's a problem of ur warranty. if ur policy was still valid back then, the company should be responsible for whatever inconeniece the laptop brings about. otherwise u have every reason to complain to their customer service.

my roommate called them when he didn't feel quite alrite with his dell (actually it's really just "not quite alrite" in terms of his individual preference), and the technical person the company sent onsite simply changed the LCD screen and hard drive for free. plus, it's done w/o any annoyment or uncomfortable moments. my personal experience with IBM also speaks the same rule, that is to have 100% faith in the customer services in the US and complain whenever u r not satisfied.
