ok.now it's time for me to inquire something,
when do you start your transferring application in first year??
and like you said it's even harder than first year enrollment,

# y: D( }6 l& R. w3 {! VAnyways, I think transfer admission deadlines really vary depending on which schools and which semesters do you apply to. Below is Cornell's timeline for both spring and fall semester transfers:

9 i, z1 j# E1 g" |" E7 F6 j/ lUmm, college grades are really important. Professors' recommendation would be a great help, too. And you have to be very convincing about why do you want to transfer in your PS. I think that's the top three things I can think of.

how about my college transcript,if the deadline is saying Apirl 1st,
how can I submit my College marks without finish them??

Yes, of course, they are probably going to ask you to submit the final transcript to them once you have it though. And in theory, if the final semester has a steep decline in grades, they can rescind their admission offer.

Yes, there usually is a midterm grade report that your professors have to fill out.

You are very lucky. I have a 25 page paper, a 15 page one, a 10 page on and a 8 page one. They are all due around the same time, too. -_-
