51.Education will be truly effective only when it is speciafically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.
Position:As we know , teach according to one ‘s ability is the efficient education principal .
Positive :It is reasonable that measure the quality of education with the point that wether education principal meet the individual needs and interest .
智商低的指挥家-周州。Copernicus used to learn medical science .Einstein as a student has been called by his teacher –poor creature .
Opposite :
to student :
Some students are not maturity enough to clear what do they truly interest in .
And the interest of students could be changeable along with the experience and knowledge increasing .
So encouraging school students to find out and develop their interest hastily maybe actually limite their individual needs and interests .
To education :
Assuming school really designs its education plan to satisfy every students ‘ needs and interests ,it would expend a great number of money and labour force .
And it is possible to cut down some essential subjects which are beneficial to studends than their interests –video game .

The speaker alerts that teach according to students'  interests and needs is effective education principle. I agree with the statement broadly ,but we should also consider the education plans on the basis of realism and reasonability aspects.

It is reasonable that measure the quality of education with the point that wether education principal meet the individual interests and needs . "Interest is the best teacher!" When students learn their interested lessens they would be excited , inspirational and learning quickly. For example, Einstein as a student has been called by his teacher-poor creature, but once he found physics was his favorer, he devoted his whole life to it and made significant contributions to human beings. Or we could concern Copernicus used to learn medical science, later became a famous physician who prefered death to give up truth. Through these cases we could see the great power of individual interest which engage people to over dead.

However, we should treat this condition on basis of realism and reasonability.
First of all, we should clear that students really identify what they are interested in.Some students are not maturity enough to consider what are their interests. They are used to agree with their parents'  teachers' and friends' decisions undoubtly, resulting in that they have no their own ideas,then scare to face the difficulties in  lives. Or someone maybe are embrace individualism so that refuse to accept other' advices and intelligences,so as to be ignorance.

Secondly , individual interests and needs would be changeable along with experience increasing and knowledge enhancing. Perhaps a student reads a book full of wisdom that sharp his/her sight , broad his/her mind and change his/her world point   to deal with problems.Or maybe another student experience one event which effects on him/her deeply that brings about new idea to his/her mind to achieve his/her aim. So encouraging school students to find out and develop their interests hastily maybe actually limit their individual needs and interests.

Moreover , assuming school really designs its education plan to satisfy every students' needs and interests , it would expend a great number of money and labour force. Particularly, several social problems need to solve immediately relaying on the money used to explore and develop every students' interest.When the society full of violence, unemployment and air pollution,is it reasonable to consider individual firstly?

Last but not least, it is possible to cut down some essential subjects which are beneficial to students than their interests, for example video game. Lots of students dislike mathematics, but as a basic subject mathematics could teach students more intensely and reasonablely to treat problems. Physics leads students to enhance their knowledge about the world nature .Literature cause students to explore human nature etc.

Consequently, we should design education plans according to case-by-case condition,not only concern the students' interests , but also the real situation.
