为什么寄不了成绩

我是今年五月考的托，现在想寄成绩，但发现表上
: _$ S9 N  k- @" P4 X( Fscores more than two years old cannot be verified后边写着(do not use this form after june 30,2002)
这是为什么？那我该怎样让ets寄成绩呢？

yup~seems i hav the problem too~~i took T this time last yr...so~do i need to ask ets for a new form?

alternative is you can phone them instead~~~it's kind of expensive and confusing~~~~
