Your application for admission to *** College has been thoroughly reviewed by the Admission Committee.  In your International Student Financial Aid Application you indicated a significant need for financial assistance.  While we make every effort to assist students financially, we cannot offer the amount of financial assistance you would require.  Therefore, the Admission Committee is unable to offer you admission to *** College at this time.

If your financial situation changes, you may appeal this decision made by the Admission Committee.  To file an appeal, you must draft a letter stating your appeal and also complete another International Student Financial Aid Application declaring the increase in funds.

***, based on your academic credentials, I know you could be a competitive candidate for admission at *** or another college or university.  Therefore, please let us know if your financial situation changes.  We appreciate your interest in ** College and wish you well in future endeavors.

我是这样认为的．这个学校是想要我的，只是由于钱，所以暂时不给我录取．
如果我加钱，应该就会要我了．不然哪来那么多废话，直接把我拒了得了．

你的1000美元实在太少啦，和0差别不大。
你最好打电话和AO联络一下，了解其真实意图，并随之跟上新的ISFAA表格，并且，注意这点很重要，解释你为什么能够多出这些费用。无非是受到鼓舞，并且越了解这个学校，年越喜欢。说服了你的什么七大姑八大姨什么的，他们也愿意出钱资助嫩。

直接跟上一张新的ISFAA表格肯定是拒绝。至少要是我是AO肯定这样。

YOu should add money little by little,first add 500D,and then add 1000D,and so forth,
you can also told the AO that you had sold your residence,your home,yuor stocks,and everything,hence,by doing so,you can singanificantly and dramatically increased the chance being admitted.
