在申请的时候要求与申请材料一起提交一个叫做foreign student financial statement 的表格，在最开始的地方有下面一段话：

在对于每个部分的说明中，列出了一年的费用，然后接着说，each applicant must document  financial support equal to or greater than the amount indicated   below
请问大家，这２段话矛盾吗？该怎么理解呢？如果我只是提供一年费用的银行证明，那也不能证明我有能力支付４年的费用啊
需要提供父母的工作证明，纳税，收入证明吗？
