我一般听4-5遍左右
第一遍是整个听一遍，第二遍开始细听并且写下来，不回放，听不到的单词就猜，第三遍检查第二遍没有听好的地方。四五遍检查了！
当然我第一次听的时候被那个速度吓到了！:eek: 然后就看了别人写的，感觉其实也没有想象的那么吓人，所以第二次听有心理准备了，也感觉稍微好点了。
PS：我是一个不喜欢反复放同一个词或者同一个句子的人，所以我从来不回听，但是别人有很多回听的人听力都练的很不错的呐！所以自己怎么听舒服就怎么听咯！
