询问关于TOEFL送分的问题

本人于十天前吧,让GTER电话送分给申请的瑞典的学校,昨天收到一份ETS寄来的信,里面有几句话不太明白。上面写的如下：
We have received your Score Report Request Form. Official score reports showing the score results for the test and the test date indicated have been sent to the institution whose codes are listed on this form .
Note: The address you gave on your request form was used to mail your score report to each recipient identified as institution code 1000 .

主要是NOTE里的最后几个单词的意思看不大懂，什么institution code 1000 ,我申请的学校的代码不是这个号码。

请问，谁遇到过类似的问题， 随信还有一封，是OFFICIAL SCORE REPORT REQUEST FORM
,里面是张需要填的送信的表格，请问，我要回复ETS什么啊？
