In order to improve the quality of instruction at the college and university level, all faculty should be required to spend time working outside the academic world in professions relevant to the courses they teach."
提纲:
支持该观点,但应该注意把握好尺度,而且有的老师不必去外面工作,比如从事纯理论的。
1.在外工作可以使课本知识紧跟时代步伐。
2.扩宽老师视野,可以使课堂更加有趣。
3.为学生提供工作信息。

应该让老师适度工作,以免对课堂有不良影响。

It's a good idea to encouage most faculties to spend time working in professions relevant to the courses they teach for the purpose of the quality of instruction at the
college. However, it may not the case for some others who study in the field of pure theory. In additon, too much time spent in the outside work might distract professors'
thoughts from teaching and this will do harm to the teaching.

Admittedly, it is worthwhile for college faculty to work outside academia in professional positions related to their fields. There are three clear benefits fo doing so. Firstly, the pace of technological advancement and social changes is so quick that knowledge contained in recently published textbooks often lags behind. For instance, in computer science, some teachers are still introducing Pascal language which has been out-dated nowadays. However, in most IT companies, c, c++ and java are the most predominant programing languages. If the teachers and students spend too much time on these out-dated technologies, it's a waste of time and energy.  So it is necessary for our teacher to walk outside the ivory tower to keep abreast of the quick development in the company.

Secondly, it might not only expand the teachers' horizon, but also helps them to have a better understanding of the courses they teach through the practice in society.
They  bring to their students practical, real-world examples of the principles and theories discussed in textbooks so that the dull class is not boring any more.

Furthermore, working experience in relevant professions puts college faculty in a better position to help students adjust from campus to the job market. Having worked
in relevant companies, the teachers could impart information about job market in class. Even they will have the chance to recommend their students for the company. This will do good to students' profession development.

Nonetheless, there're still some problems that should be taken into account. For one thing, in some subjects such as literature and philosophy, there is little or no
profession to speak of outside academia.  For another, the outside work might drive them away from their classes and researches they ought to focus on. Perhaps the jobs outside will leave the teachers little time to prepare their lessons. Or the extra work will make the teachers too tired to complete the teaching assignment. The worst
of all, a minorrity of teacher can't resist the temptation outside so they devote most time and energy to earn money but have no interest in teaching any more. So it's important to call for a balance in working outside and instruction.
In sum, when making an assertion on this matter, firstly we should classify which faculty need working experience in order to improve their teaching. Besides, when
putting teaching and working in non-academic world together, we should carefully strike a balance.

思路清晰,语言表述比较准确,重复句型较多(影响你分数)。
论述重点在于支持工程类学科教师出去工作,尚显单调,个人认为不具备普适性,你看是不是把要求平衡的论述再丰富一下。
我的一切,都将献给这个伟大的事业,不会中途退缩。

重复句型较多,我自己也这么认为,展开得不够,确实需要加强啊,多谢指导 :handshake

优点就不说了,展开的不够深入,而且也不太新颖,看了很多篇文章,基本上都说的这几点。在论述两方面的时候,注意一下结构的平衡

文章很流畅,让人看着很舒服,条理很强。论述时,考虑的方面很多,当然必然导致有些论述的深度不太够。
而且你英语的表达能力不错,虽然词藻不太华丽,不过确实表达很清楚,我觉得挺好的。
