my position: agree
1 education has a meaningful effect to individuals' life
2 parents make a great contrubution to their children's education.
  parents know what their children need, want and concern of
  foster children's interest in certain subject, example(偶一同学，大气转数学，其母亲是高中数学老师)
3 communities play a important role in the education of the children
  the knowledge learned in school is too narrow and formal

1 education is not only meaningful to individual's life but also crucial to a nation's future and the advance of human being. so it's not a personal matter.
2 schools and colleges are necessary in the process of receiving education
the curriculum offered by schools and colleges can prepare us better for the jobs we are going to take
3 some exceptions: the right of decide how to recieve education belongs to individuals

1 the salary a teacher reveive should base on how much work he or she does, not compare with the rate for related fields in the world outside
  economy principle: the value of the work determines the  price
2 it seems fair while not really fair that all teacher are paid at the same rate (comparison)
3 one problem it renders--undermine the teachers' enthusiasm

1  Formal education emphasizes the learning of basic skills, methodologies and knowledge, which might be mechanical and dull. (example)
2  However, this basic training is a necessary foundation, based on which we can freely imagine and create.
3  Admittedly, there exist many aspects in formal education that need reforming.

论据：   18个月后，2个公司搬过去了，雇了300个人
1 两个城市的地理环境不同，经济发展水平不同，不可以简单的照搬对方的经验。也许D城原来税率很高，降完了还是比B市高
2 那两个公司搬过去不一定就是因为税率减了才过去的，没有真凭实据还是不要乱说
3 两个公司搬过去后，对当地经济到底起多大作用，不详；雇的300人也许大部分原来都是有工作的，对减低失业率没什么帮助。

1 R真的能使我们的利润提升？他是珠宝店的头，对玩具业懂多少？而且珠宝店的业绩不能归功与他一个人，也许是全部门员工努力的结果；
2 3个季度的工作不能说明P的能力不行，也许是以前留下的隐患
3 下滑很可能只是暂时的,P采取的措施效果需要长时间才能显示出来

1 本地的路况很差么？而是路况差是事故的主要原因么？如果答案是否，那么要求修路以降低事故率显然不合理。
2 限速失败？——也许因为最近才限速的，司机同志们还不太适应，所以有超速现象发生；而且很短的时间内事故率就降低了，虽然不多，但说明限速是有效的；如果加强对司机同志们的安全教育，让他们充分意识到限速的重要性，事故率很可能进一步降低。
2 以P市的成功作论据，也许P市的修路后，降低的事故率还比我们高呢。而且他们的事故原因与我们也不一定相同，导致他们的经验不值得借鉴。
