Your problem is your are not comparing the same thing.... When I say cheaper means its is cheaper in China to get a proper drive training.
When you mean cheaper, you get virtually no training at all. So if you just want to save money, forget about training. Driving training in U.S. is very brief and don't worth the money(just learn it yourself.)
