讨论，省级竞赛的奖对申请有用么

如题，我现在如果花两个月，有把握拿一个省级竞赛的奖，可是自然要牺牲准备SAT的时间，要是想拿国家级还要付出更多时间。

我该怎么做呢？请大家出谋划策，谢谢啦

国内的人为了报送，都如狼似虎的，想突出重围拿到考试资格都很难了
而且准备国际大奖的话时间更长:funk:

Answering this questions entails a preliminary assessment of your profile: what are your strength and weakness. You must identify the weakest part of your credentials since it's the bottleneck that's gonna damage your candicay most significantly. Say, if your English is your weakest part, then forget about those province-level subject competition. Why? Because it's not gonna compensate for your 1700SAT and 80 TOEFL. However, if your English is fine, and your competition award record is just blank, then just go get one, understand?
