TOPIC: ISSUE103 - "The study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives."
WORDS: 397          TIME: 1:23:08          DATE: 2007-3-27

History is a mirror, from which you can find your own shortages, learn a lot, and enhance yourself. So the study of history has value everywhere, included in every part of politics, economics, and culture, which are all relevant to our daily lives.

First of all, in the domain of politics, the art or science of government or governing, especially the governing of a political entity, such as a nation, and the administration and control of its internal and external affairs is very complicated. When politicians meet with difficult problems, they may confer with other politicians, but they must consult the similar ones in history. At least, we can learn how to govern the country from the history of T'ang; we can come to discern that the world need peace from World War; the governor also can learn that "The water that bears the boat is the same that swallows it up.” In short, the study of history will play a important part in the domain of politics.

Secondly, in the domain of economics, the history also plays a significant role. It is well known that science and technology is the fist productivity. Almost every country has wakened up to it, it becomes a truth. But where do we gain the truth? Is it gained from certain person, Abba, or from a country? No, that's not the case. We get it from the history of Industrial Revolution, the history of social advancement. In a world, from the history we can learn many useful methods to develop our country's economy and to solve economic difficulties.

Finally, in the filed of culture, history is dispensable. It contributes to the agglomeration of country. In the world, people of countries with centuries-old history can hold together, and the country's history can solidify its demos.
On the other hand, countries with transitory history rarely have steady circumstance. The countries often grow with convulsions and wars. Moreover, people will love their country deeply if their country has a centuries-old history, which accelerate the development of their country.

To sum up, that the study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives is precise and convincing. In the parts that are not relevant to our daily lives, we don't care about the history. What we care is those which is relevant to our daily lives.

issue写得还是不行,快写完时感觉可能跑题了,还要不断努力。

First of all, in the domain of politics, the art or science of government or governing, especially the governing of a political entity, such as a nation, and(好象应该去掉,前面不是一句话) the administration and control of its internal and external affairs is very complicated. When politicians meet with difficult problems (affairs好象更好), they may confer with other politicians, but they must consult the similar ones in history. At least, we can learn how to govern the country from the history of T'ang; we can come to discern that the world need(s) peace from World War; the governor also can learn that "The water that bears the boat is the same that swallows it up.” In short, the study of history will play a(n) important part in the domain of politics.

Secondly, in the domain of economics, the history also plays a significant role. It is well known that science and technology is the fist productivity. Almost every country has wakened up to it,(and ) it becomes a truth. But where do we gain the truth? Is it gained from certain person, Abba, or from a country? No, that's not the case. We get it from the history of Industrial Revolution, the history of social advancement. In a world, from the history we can learn many useful methods to develop our country's economy and to solve economic difficulties.

Finally, in the filed(field) of culture, history is dispensabledispensable:不必要的).
(感觉这一段偏了只是在说历史差异 而且和第一段也不符 而且对文化研究历史也是有价值的,可以从这一点展开写)

To sum up, that the study of history has value only to the extent that it is relevant to our daily lives is precise and convincing. In the parts that are not relevant to our daily lives, we don't care about the history. What we care is those which is relevant to our daily lives.(两句话一个意思 留一个就好了)

这篇感觉不好些 很容易就偏了
改一改就好了
一起加油啊!
