To laws, I lend my agreement to author' issue that just laws should be obeyed and unjust laws should be disobeyed and resisted.

I strongly agree with the author in that the issue shows us the nature and sap of laws--just. Every person should be the same and equal to laws, no matter he is old or young, rich or poor, and so forth. Yet, a law is made by men and then it can not be avoided that there are some volition of individuals or some special social group. As from the development of law, it is clear that laws are continued being amended for being just to more people. Therefore, it is also our liability to obey just laws and our duty to disobey and resist unjust laws.

There is no denying that to obey just laws will do well at individuals. To individual, justness means people only need to answer for his action without considering the sex, age, states of themselves, and for that matter, people could enjoy research or occupation with heart and soul. And also, justness formats people's action by encouraging the good and punishing the bad, which inhibit the crimes extremely, so that society can be more of security. In short, it is just laws that makes people's life more comfortable.

It is to disobey and resist unjust laws which even is more important, that is the responsibility of people in society. There is no doubt that unjust laws may do harm to the development of society and the quality of human life. For example, the laws of discriminating race especially black, which Martin Luther King spent his whole life disobeying, who is regretted as a hero for black, had med great trouble to the most blacks and in that time, the whole society of USA might be in danger ore more and more conflict among different races. In a word, to distinguish unjust law should be an important duty for every individual in society.

By the way, some times, it is not easy to find the unjust part of laws, or the standard of unjust laws is of some difficultness to be instituted. In that case, more value for human and society should be considered rather than for individual.

In sum, laws, as a rule of living should be just for everyone but not a little group, and these laws which unjust, should be disobeyed and resist. Only in this way, may the society and human better develop.
