A. Parents hold the ultimate legal authority to make key decisions about what and how their own children learn including choices of curriculum and text books, pace and schedule for learning.
B. Parents are the first and best educators for their children's growth. Parents have a great influence on the children's character and mentality.
C. Parents are more motivated ---- by pride and ego ---- than any other person to take whatever measures are needed to ensure their children to receive the best education.
D. With the communities' participation, local schools will do better in instructing children, especially in the respect of moral instruction. Sociability is a crucial factor for one's future development and success. Community imposes an significant impact on every individual's value system.
