我今年1月份申请了夏威夷大学经济学master（因为GT成绩都不好~所以就选了几个排名靠后环境不错的大学申请），3月20号收到经济系主任email说
"
I am happy to tell you that we have admitted you to our graduate program; you should receive the official letter from Graduate Division soon.

At this time, it looks unlikley that we will be able to offer you a Graduate Assistantship. We may be able to offer a waiver of out-of-state tuition. I'll be making decisions on those awards soon."

今天收到他们一封信，是他们3月19号寄出的，我还以为会是个大包裹，但只是一张纸~……里面这么说滴“...you have been admitted for the Fall 2007 semester to the Economics-MA program. However, without an offer of financial support from the Economics MA program, the certificate of Eligibility for a student visa cannot be issued as US federal immigration regulations require non-immigrant students to show financial documentation indicating sufficient financial resources to study at UH. As a result you are not eligible to register for courses as a classified graduate student. If you wish to reapply for another semester, please contact ....at the address below or by email....”
那句you are not eligible to register for courses a classified graduate student是什么意思？我不是classified student，又被admitted了，那我是啥student？还有那主任说的a waiver of out of state tuition是不是就没戏了按收到的这封official letter来看？
要是有人知道，请指点一下吧！！谢谢大家啦！！！！！！

这学校怎么这样...头一次遇见,你最好还是再和学校联系一下.

貌似是因为我没寄财产证明……之前问他们说可以等被录取之后再寄的……真是麻烦，早知道一起寄过去了……已经写信问了学校，１６个小时的时差……唉……等吧…………

还有祝贺那些拿了好ｏｆｆｅｒ和ＡＤ的ＸＤＪＭ，这都是你们努力的结果。像我这样不努力的就现在这样了……今年走不了的话就再考接着申啦～～有志者事竟成！

还没有消息的人也不要着急，只要努力过了，就都会有好结果滴！！只不过等待确实是痛苦而漫长的。
