Maybe you are right. But some applicants for Civil don't appear in GTER. As far as I know, that some successful candidates  are not willing to share their experiences out.

So You can't underestimate the quantity.

试试嘛，如果需要 ...

If you haven't received any notify from CEE school that you have to take a test to ensure that your English Proficiency is not a problem, you should check with the school. So pls make sure that the school know about that you didn't have Toefl scores.

The aim of my set up of this discussion board is to attract some candidates from Civil to join us for further discussion. You should know.

You are kidding. I know that at present it is not so easy for undergradute to find a job in China. How dare you say that you don't care??

没申请上当然就工作咯，差不多快签下来了。
工作也不是很难找，看自己情况和能力
因为我申请NTU完全是临时的决定，11月的时候才有这个想法，
现在觉得去不去都没什么，所以也不是很急，
我跟你们应该很不一样，以前从来就没有这方面的打算，后来想到要申请也就很匆忙的准备，也没有托福的成绩，
不过下周要去考雅思，如果考得好，下半年再接着申请吧

我身边很少有人会申请新加坡的，大部分都是米国或者英国，澳洲，我没遇到一个申请新加坡的

Haha, I think that civil applicants are most in favor of U.S or Canada...maybe that is a  common phenonmenon.

But anyhow ,you still have chance to go to singapore for further studies since recent years the applicants for civl shrinks sharply and the quality is not so good compared to what of past years.

不过一般都不会想要来新加坡，觉得这个华人社会和中国没有多大差别，
去英联邦国家也会选择英国或者澳洲
