Sure , the phenonmenon is common among civil engineering students in China. Since civil is not so hot as before, and in china they can already find decent jobs to suport themselves and no worry for laid off. So pls give some attention to them.

Sure. I think the environments of abroad for civil will become better and better with the developments. Just keep an eye in the phenonmenon.

As a matter of fact, environment is not so easy to find a job in singapore. International construction management is rather hot here because the teaching system is superior to other instituites.

So you will be advantagerous if you come from Chongqing University. You should write to the graduate studies unit of CEE school and enquire the status and the date when the final result will be out in the procesure.

为什么重庆大学就会有优势呢？
我还以为学环境会在新加坡比较容易找工作呢，国际工程管理在国内很容易找工作，但是没想到在NTU还很热门，
以前接触的一个中介业提过国际工程管理的要求很高，说我的gpa不够

I think that is not the fact. As a matter of fact, environment is not good to find a job around the worlds, although it is a heated topic from time to time.

Management at Nanyang Technological University is a strong point, so its reputation is good. And these manamgement is in badly need of.
