Do you agree or disagree the following statement?
Successful people take new things and take risks rather than the thing that they've done well.

People said a successful people take new things and risks rather than te thing that they've done well. But there are still some people think the successful is just make well done things perfect. as the view of mine, I'll more agree the first one. Three reasons will support my point.

First, people love new things. If you follow their needs, you will be successful. With doubting, people love new things. People talk about new ipod, people talk about new N95, people talk about new lover, people talk about almost every new thing because they are interested in. Curiosity about new things is human nature. People don’t interested in things they are familiar even the things are good tools. If you content their needs, they will follow you that make you look like a leader. In my mind, becoming a leader is the beginning of the success.

So, new things mean success in some extent. And the point has become what the price for new things. The answer is the risk you have to run. There is an old proverb: no pay no gain. Understanding the proverb in some way, it means you will get the most if you pay the most. while "the most"  you should pay means the risks and your determination. You have to pay those to get "the most" which means the success you want it the most. Through the risks you have to take, you got what people want, and then, you became a good leader because you content people’s needs. Maybe you will become a rich leader. This is a definitely a success to everyone.

Last, if you do take a new thing. Luckily the new things is easy to use, fashion to people, lots of people will want to own it. The new thing will be copied or followed in thousands of ways by your competitors for profits and until that time, the new things won't be new things ever. People will be boring to your new things because it is never new in their mind. And what you should do is running risks to take another new thing for keeping your success.

Maybe it looks ridiculous, but it is true. If you want to be successful, you have to take new things again and again which also means you will run risks over and over. Just look the successful people or enterprise around us, Microsoft, Apple, Google, Baidu, they are taking new things day after day. And this is the answer how can they survive or even get stronger in cruel elimination of IT companies. The conclusion is successful people taking new things and risks rather than the things they’ve done well.

Recently the debate has been brought into focus that if successful people take new things and take risks rather than the thing that they've done well. For my part, I do not agree that success comes from taking new things or taking risks. On the contrast, I think taking risks could not lead to continuous success.

To begin with, whether an individual takes risk to be successful or not, he must do something well. It is rational to except that an individual without any capacity would not be successful in any domain. Even if he takes new things or risks appropriately, which brought him a big chance to be successful; he may not have enough ability to capture that chance. Thus, success is based on capability of an individual instead of taking risks.

Moreover, only minority of people could gain their success by taking new things or risks. Taking new things or risks means an individual chooses an unfamiliar area which may bring him less competition or a fast development of that area in the future. However, perhaps the new area is not so good as risk taker's thought, or perhaps inexperience of the new area lead to final failure. A survey has shown that only a small part of successful people in China win their success in an area which they do not familiar with. Therefore, taking risks or new things is not a normal way to gain success for most of people.

Last but not the least, people who obtain their success by taking new things or risks, would not be always successful if they continuous try something new. Admittedly, as I mentioned above, minority of people could gain their success from taking risks. Nevertheless, if a successful people put his capital on risks again and again, whatever how lucky he is, it must be one time he loses all his property.

To sum up, taking risks may lead to one success for minority of people, however, it also need capability of people. Hence, I think taking new things or risks is not a good choice for people who want to be continuous success.

From my point,I think as a team member the most important quality is cooperation.here are several reasons to support my idea。

First, teamwork need all the team member to devote himself to the work.there are always different opinion when make the team decision. so we need the cooperation spirit,abandon the weakness and choose the right one

Second cooperation will save the work time and make the work of better effciency. It sends people to do the different work which is suitable and  they have done well

third, cooperation make the team moer stronger and bard to defeat .It unite all the member together,make everyone to be in concordance with other.

so ,cooperation is important when you stay in a team.

I perfer watch news to read news, here are my reasons why i choose to watch news

First, i choose to watch news because It could save time ,we often do not have much time to buy newspapers and read them. that will cost us too much time to do this. whatch  news is often more convenient and direct to receive information

Second, watching news is more efficient to collect imformation and you could see picture as well as listen to the comment. meanwhile reading news always not reflect the latest news ,we have to wait for the newspaper to be published. and reading news isalways not vivid enough to make us understand well

Third,we often choose to watch news because the tv medium could better present the situation they want to tell us .we could see it live ,which the newspaper could never make it possible.

our media often present the tales of successful people,we always admire they fortune and the amazing experience to approach to the success. but few people know how they make thier life such a big success. someone said the success people always take new things and take risks rather than the thing that they've done well. from my point view, I agree with the saying. Obviously successful people always have the courage to take new things which they may never done before

It also give them the chance to gain the fortune.There is a old saying,"more risk ,more reward." though this way they often be nearer to they dream. It is  a fast way leading to success.for example scientist are eager at finding new things which may make them remembered by the society  ,merchant choose to trade the rare things to gain fortune .It is also take the risk to make money

If you want to be successful you have to try new thing or take risk in your business. at least you have the chance to be successful. If you keep doing the daily thing in your life, you may not make any progress at all all the repeating thing makes one indifferent to his talent and his protential ability .Life become boring during the mechanical movement 。

Take risk and take a new thing makes one to fit the rapid groth of the world and make himself to be competitive in his work .Through this experience , they could improve thieir ability ,add to their knowledge . defeat is the mother of success ,so It showed us that rome was not built oneday ,though times of try news things and taking risk,there is always one day you  will succeed. evero successful people is through the pain period and final to get to the success.

last but not least ,imagine the boring life is full of repeated work in your life .do you still have the will to be successful .if you never take the risk to do one thing ,you will never taste to happiness of success you might just be a common people for ever it is not said that taking no  risk could not lead you to success, but it may be a very long way or even an endless way.

So if you have the desire to gain success,you could choose to take risk and  try news thing .It could not be a ensured way to succeed .but It is ture that it is a way approaching to success

when it comes that Successful people take new things and take risks rather than the thing that they've done well. I always take it back with some famous athlete whoes achievements are owe to the thing that they practice millions of times and which they done really well.
   so ,some people get successful because they persuit a meaningful life,they are willing to change and get some new experiences. those kind of people have a great  adaptability to a new enviroments. they must face the difficulties and try their bests to overcome them. what's more, thoes kind of successful people have some perfect qualities such as ndependent,ambition,  
confident and so on,and thoes qualitys benefit them in competing for success in the society.  more and more examples of elite ,especially in the high-tech area, aprrove themself the man of making good in an increasingly competitive market according to taking risks.
   on the other hand, doing something already done well is really easy for almost everyone. and have at least one  thing that you doing well is a prerequisite for you to find a way that suit your particular needs and interests. although thoes  people who success for they have taken a new thing, they still need to keep their achievement by maintain it well. additionally,in a job market,emplyers are willing to pay a premium for workmanlike applicants rather than who like adventure.
   as far as i am concerned, keeping the thing that you have done well is the convenient way for you to get sccessed. nevertheless, we should improve our adaptation and try to take more new thing . it is not only make your life meaningful, but also can adjust yourself in the competitive world.

in my ipinion,cooperation is the most sinificant quality to  a team member. for a team, it is impossible to persuiting a consistent goal without cooperation. one the one hand, teamwork needs all of the resourse that separate in each member's hand. cooperation is the only way to make sure that the resourse be used.on the other hand, cooperation makes things effective. it is greatly helpful in responding one member's problems in a cooperative team, in other words, it saves lot's of times. so,as a team member ,you must have such a quality.
