感谢太傻和寄托，虽然我一直都潜水，但学到了很多，现在就把自己体会到的东西贴出来，希望对后面要签的朋友有帮助！
看了大家的提醒，我把东西整理得比较充分，清单也很重要！！！（这个我后面说，对需要出示财产证明的同学很有用！）
这几天形势很好，我只看到2个被拒的，一个check。
下面是问答：(括号里的问题在后面会详细讲）
VO:你好！
Me：你好，Good Morning!
VO: Oh,[noticed that I applied for F1] have you been to the US?
Me: No, I haven't. This is my first application for the visa. (She has turned her head, which made me a little nervous.)
VO: What's your major?
ME: Educaton, actually it is Pedagoy.(first mistake!)
VO: What year?
Me: I'm a senior student.
VO: When will you gruduate?
Me: Late this June.
VO: And when to go to the US?
ME: Early August.
VO: Which university will you study in?
Me: SIUC.
VO: And your major?
Me: I will specialize in Human Resource Development. (second mistake!)
VO：Does HR have something to do with Education? [confused]
Me: It is Human Resource Development. [nervous] It is strongly related to vocational education and adult education.
VO: Can I see your 学生证？[in Chinese...]
ME:Sure, here you are. [hand my student's ID card and certification from my department]
VO: How long have you been in Beijing?
Me: Around 4 years,since 2003.
VO: Where are your parents?
Me: They are in Fujian,...Fuzhou. (desperate)
VO: What do they do?
ME: Both officals of the government.
VO: And their annual income?
ME: It is around...( realizing that all the documents that I have prpared were still in my arms!!!) You can see the details right here on the list.( The list saved my life!! After a second of desperation, I decided to fight for my last opportunity with my wisdom, if I could call that wisdom.)
Vo:......Have a nice day!
ME: Uh, you mean..? [ could not believe my ears!]
VO: 可以了，通过了！(without showing me a piece of pink or green paper,but handed me with a white one.)
ME: :)[ forgot to say anything..]
好了，总结开始，希望有用！
1、我的听力和口语都不错，如果平常有A-，到了签证那时就只剩C了。。。所以大家如果心理素质不是太好，一定准备充分，我只准备了10天。。。大家不要太自信，我就是教训。
2、不要用自己的思维推理签证官的，太多细节也没必要。我就是想HR就业好，他们会认为投资回报高，结果弄得她晕。
3、不要绝望，相信自己的材料是真实的，我们有权利争取应得的。所以在一秒钟的绝望后，我从绝望中寻找希望，开始主动起来。之前那个美眉实在讲的太快，没时间给我讲。。。
4、自费的同学可以准备一份详细的清单，我觉得就是这个清单救了我的命！！我贴在下面了，应该文法没问题，前一晚让我美国的朋友改过的。签证官看了清单，连后面的正式文件都没看了，估计他们相信我们不敢作假。我之前还担心我爸把一大半的钱都放股市里，拿一张股票交易单人家不相信。。。所以只有把东西弄清晰了，利人利己。
5、主动一些，把能证明自己的材料给他们看，让事实说话。我就是太傻了，在那抱着材料狂说，幸好醒悟得及时。
材料清单我就不列了，论坛上有很多很齐全的。个人觉得财产清单会更有帮助一些，所以贴上来，大家看看能不能用，可以的话自己再小调整一下。

2.  Official Records of Stocks Investments
The official records of stocks investments, printed on 。。。l, show my father’s circulating assets of RMB 。。。 (with the proof of official records of the savings account of 。。。Bank).
3.  Apartment Deed and Title
My mother owns an apartment of 。。。m2, which is worth RMB 。。。This apartment is for rent and we get RMB 。。。per year.
4.  Employment and Annual Salary Certifications (Father and Mother)
My father works for 。。。。with an annual salary of RMB 。。。  My mother works for。。。, with an annual salary of RMB。。。
5.  Parents total annual income: RMB 。。。 ($。。。)
Father’s income: RMB 。。。
Mother’s income: RMB 。。。
Stock Investments: RMB 。。。
Rental property income: RMB 。。。
6.  Both circulating asserts and fixed asserts shown equal RMB 。。。that is $ 。。。, according to newest exchange rate.
7.  …-year expenses for my graduate study cost $。。。 in total, which is quite affordable for my parents, who trust their investment worthwhile and rewarding.
